Academy

• Purchased tickets to events/workshops are non-refundable
• Ticket refund will only be issued in case of event/workshop cancellation
• In case of inability to attend a workshop due to a force majore, ticket value can be transferred to another future activity but will not be refunded
• Ticket refunds will be made in the same method of payment made
• Ticket refunds will take from 2-3 weeks to be processed

Membership

• Membership for duration less than 1 year is non-refundable
• Membership for duration over 1 year, the period over 1 year is refundable, calculating the 1st year in full non-discounted rate
• Membership refunds will be made in the same method of payment made

Services

• Service refund policy will be mentioned according to each separate service
• No refund policy for any services in which resources had already been utilized
• Service refund is only afford in case of failure to provide the service
